About Brooke
I'm an accredited Clinical Nutritionist (Certified Practising Nutritionist [CPN]) with a Bachelor of Health Science, and over the past decade, I've worked in the health and wellbeing industry, driven by a passion for promoting wellness.
My journey to becoming a degree-certified Nutritionist began during my tenure as head educator for a leading gut health brand. Traveling across Australia, delivering talks on gut health and wellbeing, and participating in live television shows inspired my academic pursuit in Health Science.
My love for good food started early in life with my grandmother's traditional Middle-Eastern cooking, rich in wholefoods, which influenced my culinary style and passion for delicious food. Growing up surrounded by fresh, wholesome ingredients from my father's fruit and vegetable background ingrained in me a deep appreciation for quality produce.
Living by the ocean has been a peaceful sanctuary for me, revealing the significant benefits of nature on wellbeing. Activities like regular movement, cooking with fresh local ingredients, and prioritising self-care have been a part of my personal approach to health.
My journey with endometriosis has reinforced my dedication to supporting reproductive care. I believe in a balanced approach to health management, complementing conventional medical practices with the benefits of nutrition and lifestyle choices.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, my main goal is to help! Whether you have specific health concerns, or you just want to feel better, I am here to provide personalised guidance, through one-on-one nutrition consultations, education, and mindful cooking.
